MVP of the game...ME!

Well, I'm not one to brag but I was very proud of my cooking skills yesterday. Willy was a huge help too. We had such a productive day yesterday. We worked out, cleaned his house, got organized, and made some delicious dips. The first one was a buffalo chicken dip. My dad actually made this at our engagment party and it was a huge hit, so I thought it would be perfect for the super bowl party we went to last night.

Here's the recipe:
1 rotisserie chicken
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup ranch dressing
1 packet cream cheese
Frank's Hot sauce (to taste)

On the stove top, mix all the ingredients on low until fully blended together. Stick in the oven for about 20 minutes on 350 degrees and VOILA!

I also made a pizza dip that one of my friends made before and it was a total hit as well. One of the easiest recipes EVER!

2 packets of cream cheese
1 can pizza sauce
1 packet mozzarella cheese
pepperonis

Spread cream cheese on bottom of pan then spread sauce on top of that. Next sprinkle the mozz cheese and top with the pepperonis. Stick in the oven for about 20 minutes on 350 and you're done! I promise it will be gone in 15 minutes. No lie!

I know I should've posted these recipes before the game...Sorry! You can make them any time though and they are sure to be a hit!

Happy Monday everyone!
