Everyone had to bring a dessert and some copies of your recipe. After eating you could go by and pick up a recipe from each tray. So, now I have about 25 new recipes!
Since the wedding weekend was so busy my sweet mother in law helped my make "Santa's Balls". The name itself was a conversation piece. hehe! They are basically red velvet cake balls mixed with cream cheese baked and dipped in white chocolate. Absolutely delish!
Tara had everything set up so cute! From a hot cocoa and apple cider station to a 'frost your own cupcake' station. I wish I was that creative.
Needless to say, Jim was a happy man when I got home. He got a tray full of leftovers :)
I will post pictures from the wedding asap. My camera died when I got there so I'll have to wait for my friend to send me hers.
