So my 6am workout, that I was told would make me feel "great" and "so productive", has left me with a helacious migraine. Does this mean I'm just not meant to workout early in the morning? Or maybe its because I stressed about it all day yesterday. Hmm... It looks like this is going to be the routine from here until May. The other girls I workout with loved it and want to do every Tuesday and Thursday at 6am. Ahhh! Maybe I'll get used to it.

Can't this just be my motto?

Well, me and Execedrin Migraine are about to take a little cat nap. Hopefully, I feel better when I wake up.


  1. Good luck with your workouts! That takes A LOT of motivation to get up and workout at 6 am! Everytime I try this approach I end up hitting snooze... :)

  2. I must agree...I hit the snooze button too. I have been trying to get up at 6am since the New Year. My wedding is a little over 6 months away and I really need some motivation. You have made the first step...GETTING UP! Good Luck and know that it will pay off

  3. did you eat anything prior to working out? if not that may be why? or you might be dehydrated? or it might be because 6am workouts just suck haha
