The birthday came and went

Jim's birthday weekend was great! I think he really had a good time. Friday night was laid back. We went to a friends house and cooked out and then headed downtown for a few drinks. Jim had to work Saturday morning so we took it real easy. We left early and were in bed at a decent time...which I do not mind at all :)

Saturday morning Jim headed to work and I ran to this great little cupcake place called Cupcake Emporium and got the birthday boy some goodies. I went back home packed the cooler and the beach bag, made lunch, and got everything ready for the beach. When Jim came home we met all our friends at the beach. We stayed there for a majority of the day and then went back in to get ready for dinner.

Dinner was great. Jim loved not getting dressed up and eating pizza. So did I.

Everyone was so sweet to come in town for Jim's birthday. We have great freinds.

What a fun night! By looking at these pictures I was just reminded why I am so tired right now.

Tonight its dinner with the hubs and couch time.
