Since my parents are in Greece for a few weeks we are still dog-sitting Princess Bella. I don't know why I didn't take any pictures of her, but I did snap a picture of the combobulation that has taken over my kitchen table. I was sick when they brought her to town so Jim had to meet my parents at their hotel and when he came through our front door with that polka dotted bag I died laughing. As much as it hurt to laugh, I just had to. My mom is a nut! She packed a bag for this dog as if she was a newborn child going to stay away from home for the first time. The bag consisted of treats, toys, treats, pee pads, and more treats. This dog is so spoiled! I mean REALLY spoiled. She drinks Disani water, only eats human food and doggy treats, and sleeps in the bed under the covers like a human (like on her side with her head out of the covers). It's pretty disgusting I know. Jim has loved her being here, but I am so ready for my parents to be back. All I do is worry about her. When I'm at work, I worry that she's home alone. When I'm home, I worry she's not getting enough to eat. And, when we're sleeping I worry she's too hot or too cold. I'm think I'm going crazy. What am I going to do when we have children??? My grandmother lives next door to my parents so she is always over there taking Bella out to 'tee tee' and to keep her company...I don't know who keeps who company :) I just feel so bad for her being out of her comfort zone all alone. Jim says I need to get over it...she's just a dog. I agree and I'm working on it.
Here is the picture of my beautiful kitchen table.
