Thursday night...

with good friends, good food, and a good movie. Does it really get any better? I mean our vacation starts tomorrow, my friends birthday oyster roast is Saturday night, and we are leaving for my parent's house Sunday. I couldn't be more thrilled!

One of our couple friends is coming over and Jim and I will be making pork chops, green bean bundles (seen in the picture below, from Paula Deen's website), potatoes au gratin, salad, and bread.

We made these green beans the other night and I must say they are delish and so easy!

All you do is put a bunch of green beans in a bowl, sprinkle olive oil, salt and pepper over them and mix well. Then you just 'bundle' about 5 or so green beans together and wrap with bacon. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the bacon is done. Perfecto!

Afterwards we will be watching this!

I know we are probably the only people in the world who haven't seen it, so I am very anxious.

Happy Thursday!!
