Summer reads and grades

I finally got my "beach book" in the mail yesterday. For this weekend, it will be my "lake book". I'm heading to Columbus to see both of my grandmothers who are not doing very well. One is struggling with her Parkinson's disease and one is still weak from a fall she had a while back. I have faith they are both going to be just fine, but I want to go home and see them and help my mom and dad out.

The Help is supposed to be a really great book.

" Twenty-two year old Skeeter has just returned home from graduating from Ole Miss. She may have a degree but its 1962, Mississippi, and her mother will not be happy until she has a ring on her finger. Skeeter would normally find solace with her beloved maid Constantine, the woman who raised her, but Constantine has disappeared and no one will tell Skeeter where she has gone."

Other big news is that Jim got ANOTHER "A" in his MBA program! That makes 6 A's and a 4.0. I am thrilled! He has worked so hard and I couldn't be more proud.

Maybe he's pulling one of situations above...who knows...who cares :) JK

Hope everyone has a wonderful rest of the week! Happy Hump Day!
