Busy, but fun weekend!

This weekend was great! I took Friday off to head to Columbus where my parents live to get some wedding stuff done. That I did! First, I had a hair appointment to see what we could possibly do with this head full of hair, then my mom and I went to my first fitting for my dress, we then headed to the reception site to do a tasting...yummy! After that, we went shopping for her a dress....no such luck. Hopefully, next time we will find her something.

Saturday we went to my cooking shower for lunch. Cutest shower ever!!! I am not kidding, if you are hosting a shower you MUST consider doing this. They hired a chef to come in and cook for all of us girls and our mothers. We had the best time drinking wine, talking about old times, and watching a MAN cook for US. Here are a few pics.

I am just so thankful to have such great friends! I cherish them sooo much! I really am so lucky to have great hometown friends and college friends.
